Training content for law enforcement has to get the details right — there’s no room for ambiguity when the subject is proper evidence collection procedure. The Minnesota BCA came to us with a script already in hand, laying out exactly what officers needed to learn.
The challenge was budget: delivering a video with real production value and clear instructional quality, without the resources of a typical commercial shoot. We built a filming strategy specifically designed to work within that constraint, without sacrificing the educational clarity the BCA needed.
The result is a training video that gives law enforcement the key details they need to properly collect DNA evidence — proof that a tight budget and a high-quality outcome aren’t mutually exclusive when the strategy is right.
